The engineering and mechanical design

Ce.S.I. is a highly specialised engineering company (SME) that operates mainly in mechanical engineering field. Ce.S.I. is involved in mechanical design, CAE/FEM structural analysis,  research and innovation activities for production equipment  market. Ce.S.I. has assumed a key role at international level in defining and designing different kind of systems like: high performances multi-axis machining centres,  water jet machines, micro-machining modules and smart structures. Ce.S.I. competences has been enlarged to offer also manufacturing services in the field of precision machining to fabricate of a wide range of products for a wide range of industrial applications (including  automotive, motorcycle and aerospace).

Ce.S.I. can provide innovative product concepts supported by CAE simulations (static, dynamic, linear and non-linear) and by its extensive expertise in adaptronics and micro-engineering. Experimental modal analysis, Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) analysis, Discrete Event Simulation complete the offered range of engineering tools and methodologies for technology development, adaptation and application.
